To our Valued Customers,
The past 18 months marked a period of unparalleled hardship for many. Over the course of the pandemic, long-term care facilities have overcome a multitude of challenges from visitor restrictions, staff attrition, and labor and supply shortages. And while the pandemic has impacted our industry, we have persevered.
As we transition to a post-covid environment, we continue to monitor the evolving situation and evaluate how that effects our employees, customers, and the residents we serve. Following updated CDC guidance issued in May 2021, we have revised our policies related to COVID-19 to cautiously align with the current public health recommendations.
Our COVID-19 safety measures include:
- Employees that are not fully vaccinated must continue to wear a mask in the pharmacy.
- Masks will continue to be required for employees entering customer facilities.
- COVID-19 testing for non-vaccinated employees entering customer buildings is required.
- Employees that are sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or flu, vaccinated or not, must remain at home.
Although the COVID-19 virus continues to impact our daily lives, we have made great strides in protecting our facilities, residents, and staff. Through our efforts, we have successfully administered more than 150,000 COVID-19 vaccine doses to residents and staff members across 24 states. We are proud to have been able to fight on the frontlines against the COVID-19 virus.
We greatly appreciate your collaboration and support throughout the pandemic and beyond. We are honored to serve and work alongside such dedicated, passionate partners.
