Somerset, NJ, September 7, 2017 – PharmScript, a leading pharmacy provider to long-term care and post-acute care facilities, today announced the acquisition of MedCart Pharmacy, a long-term care pharmacy located in Livonia, MI. The acquisition builds on PharmScript’s continued national expansion, and brings its service footprint into the Midwest. The acquisition will enable PharmScript to serve healthcare facilities in Michigan, Northeast Indiana, and Southeast Ohio.
As part of the acquisition, PharmScript has built a more than 12,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility that offers significant expansion opportunities. The new facility will be PharmScript’s ninth pharmacy, and will be located at 13042 Fairlane St, Livonia, MI.
