Melissa Dizon

Director of Quality Assurance

Melissa Dizon joined PharmScript in 2013 as Director of Quality Assurance. She brings more than 16 years of industry experience in the long-term care industry. In her role, Melissa oversees all pharmacy quality, medication and patient safety programs and initiatives.

Melissa started her career in long-term care pharmacy operations as a staff pharmacist and eventually became Director of Pharmacy. Years later, Melissa transitioned to the forefront of nursing and resident needs as a Client Services Manager. As a Client Services Manager, she realized the emphasis that needed to be placed in developing quality pharmacy processes and systems to ensure an effective partnership with nursing facilities.

Melissa earned her doctorate degree in pharmacy at Northeastern University. She is a registered pharmacist in New Jersey, and she is also a certified geriatric pharmacist.
